Mox thrives on a culture of entrepreneurial energy and creative real estate solutions. We build partnerships which bring value to the team.
A portion of our annual earnings are invested in the Building Hope Foundation. The Foundation was established as a nonprofit in 2017 by John and Rachel Gibbs. The primary focus of the Foundation is to partner with local manufacturing, labor, and construction companies to bring private industry education into our public school classrooms. This support provides opportunity to our local technical schools. Students learn the trades and become involved in apprenticeships providing a strong skilled labor force for our community. Building Hope's next project is to build a demonstration and training warehouse. This facility will be located on a high school campus and teach students fork lift driving, logistics inventory, Logistics software with IT protocol. Ultimately students will obtain certifications to be employable directly out of high school. In addition, the Foundation partners with local community organizations, churches, schools to assist individuals and families in times of need.
In December 2021 the Building Hope Foundation, established by John and Rachel Gibbs, raised $10,000 for a local family who had recently lost their wife and mother to COVID.
